You will need to know
Title, author of major texts this year (Night, LOTF, Maggie, Tempest)
Major characters, events, symbols in the texts
What each text says about human nature
Hobbes, Rousseau, and Locke’s conceptions of human nature
How specific should the information from the book be? Like for if we were describing what happened with the son and the father on the train car, do we have to know the location of the train? or can we just say the train?

Just the train is fine. You need to know specific events, but you don't have to go crazy with it :)
